Our Young Heroes Founder
My name is Emma. I founded Young Heroes out of a deep personal commitment to supporting families like mine. As the mother of a son with ASD3, ADHD, and intellectual impairment, I understand firsthand the challenges of finding the right care and support.
For over 10 years, my husband and I have struggled to understand the complexities of navigating the world of disability support. It’s been a challenging journey to be able to find the right support that met the personalised needs that we required for our son.
That’s why I created Young Heroes—to build a community that truly understands and addresses the unique needs of both families and support workers.
At Young Heroes, we ensure that every family can find qualified, experienced, and compassionate support workers who meet their individual needs. We are here to provide the care and peace of mind that every parent deserves.
