Young Heroes is committed to providing a professional and ethical environment for both support workers and families. To ensure the integrity of our platform and maintain a safe and effective marketplace for services, we have instituted a Non-Solicitation Policy.
By using the Young Heroes platform, you agree to abide by this policy, which prohibits any solicitation of families, support workers, or other users outside the platform for the purposes of providing services, engaging in business relationships, or avoiding the use of Young Heroes services.
1. Non-Solicitation Terms
The Non-Solicitation Policy applies to all users of the Young Heroes platform, including support workers, families, and any other individuals or organisations that may engage with the platform. Users agree to the following:
No Off-Platform Solicitation: Users may not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or encourage other users (families or support workers) to engage in business relationships outside of the Young Heroes platform.
No Circumventing Platform Fees: Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the platform’s fees or payment structure by arranging private, off-platform services, transactions, or contracts.
Non-Solicitation of Families or Support Workers: Support workers are prohibited from soliciting families or other support workers for services outside of the platform. Families are also prohibited from directly engaging support workers or attempting to form ongoing relationships or arrangements outside of the Young Heroes platform.
No Sharing of Contact Information: Users are prohibited from sharing personal contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers) with other users for the purpose of circumventing the platform and its services. You can do so once services have started and you need their personal contact details.
2. Repercussions of Breaching the Non-Solicitation Policy
Breaching this Non-Solicitation Policy is a serious offense and may lead to the following consequences:
Immediate Termination of Account: If a user is found to be in violation of the policy, Young Heroes reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account, prohibiting further access to the platform.
Permanent Ban: In the case of severe or repeated violations, Young Heroes may impose a permanent ban, preventing the user from ever using the platform again.
Legal Action: In some cases, Young Heroes may take legal action to seek damages or remedy the breach, including seeking financial restitution for lost revenue or business due to the violation.
Reporting to Authorities: If the breach involves fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activities, Young Heroes will report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
Financial Penalties: If a user engages in private transactions or solicitations that violate the platform’s terms, the platform reserves the right to charge the individual a fee for lost revenue of up to $10,000, or to recover any fees or income derived from breaching the Non-Solicitation Policy.
3. Enforcement
To maintain a fair and transparent marketplace, Young Heroes monitors all transactions and user interactions. If a user suspects or witnesses a violation of the Non-Solicitation Policy, they are encouraged to report the incident to Young Heroes for investigation.

Young Heroes will take all reports seriously and investigate the incident. The platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include contacting the offending party, imposing penalties, or removing access to the platform.

By accessing and using the Young Heroes platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the Non-Solicitation Policy and the potential consequences outlined above.
